Indian Curry : Indian Rojak Dumpling


Ingredients A

  • 150g self-raising flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ tablespoon custard powder
  • 200ml water
  • Salt, to taste

Ingredients B

  • 30g bean sprouts
  • 30g chives


Method for Cooking Indian Rojak Dumpling:

  1. Mix Ingredients A and stir into a smooth batter, add in Ingredients B.
  2. Heat up oil for deep frying, scoop in a ladle of batter and deep fry in medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Cut into pieces and mix with other rojak Ingredients.

Tip:

Soak the ladle in heated oil before scooping the batter to ensure it comes off in a ball in the heated oil.
