Malaysian Curry : Malaysia Curry Laksa


Ingredients A

  • ½ cup Malaysian curry paste
  • 1 litre coconut milk (1 coconut)

Ingredients B

  • 100g chicken meat
  • 10 medium prawns
  • 3 long beans
  • 5 pieces brinjal
  • 500g noodles
  • 150g bean sprouts

Seasoning

  • Salt, to taste


Method for Cooking Malaysia Curry Laksa:

  1. Cook Ingredients A and salt in a stewing pot until boil.
  2. Arrange Ingredients B on plate.
  3. Pour curry on top. Serve.

Tip:

Do not overcook the coconut milk. It will lose its fragrance if cooked for too long.
