Put pork ribs in 700ml water. Bring to boil then simmer and cook until meat is 60% cooked.
Heat oil and sauté ingredients B until fragrant. Add in Ingredients C and continue to fry until aromatic.
Put in precooked ribs together with the stock. Add in potatoes and tomato. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add Ingredients D and E. Cover and cook for a while.
Adjust with seasoning. Simmer until meat and potatoes are tender.
