Thai Curry : Stir-fried Tom Yam Prawns


Ingredients A

  • 300g medium prawns
  • 5 pieces Thai lime leaves
  • 100g sweet basil leaves

Ingredients B

  • 2 tablespoons Thai spicy chili paste
  • 1 big onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon torch ginger seed


Method for Cooking Stir-fried Tom Yam Prawns:

  1. Put Ingredients B in pot and stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add in all the Ingredients A, stir-fry well and cover to cook.
  3. Remove and serve with white rice.

Tip:

Slit prawn back to allow the flavor to penetrate the flesh.
