Thai Curry : Thai Style Fried Bean Curd


Ingredients A

  • 3 pieces bean curd
  • ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce paste

Ingredients B (deep fried)

  • 50g dried shrimps
  • 80g cashew nuts
  • 100g minced chicken meat

Ingredients C (sliced)

  • 100g shallots
  • 6 chili padi
  • 2 stalks lemongrass


Method for Cooking Thai Style Fried Bean Curd:

  1. Cut bean curd into cube, deep fry in heated oil until golden brown.
  2. Sprinkle Ingredients B and C on top of bean curd.
  3. Pour sweet chili sauce on top, mix well and serve.

Tip:

Deep frying white toufu will make it crispy on the outside and soft at the inside.
